Police: Man Had Illegal Handgun In Northern Westchester Domestic Dispute

A 23-year-old man is behind bars after police say he was in possession of an illegal handgun during a domestic dispute in Northern Westchester.

Troopers were dispatched at about 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 24, to Wheeler Road in North Salem where they say they found 23-year-old Antoine Davison of Brooklyn in possession of an illegal Kel Tec 9MM handgun, a small amount of marijuana and Alprazolam.

Davison was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (a Class C felony), criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree (a Class A misdemeanor) and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Davison was arraigned before the Town of North Salem Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.

Davison is next scheduled to appear before the court on Feb. 5.
